Take one or more of these away, and the ability of bacteria to grow and cause food poisoning is reduced.

Fridge Storage In the fridge, follow this simple storage guide:

  • Dairy products(Low risk foods)
  • Cooked Meats
  • Raw meats (covered to prevent drips)
  • Salad and vegetables
