Method (Serves 4)
Dry fry the minced beef, onion and garlic until browned. Add passata, stock cube and herbs and simmer for 10 minutes. Season (watch, the stock cube will have added salt). Lightly squeeze the spinach to eject water. Layer into an ovenproof dish, meat first, then add sheets of pasta, then spinach, then pasta, then the mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F/180°C/Gas 4. Serve with bread and side salad.
