The Korean Burger.
INGREDIENTS
  • - 25gr of softened butter (+25gr optional)
  • - 1/4 chopped medium Onion
  • - 100-125gr of lean beef mince
  • - crunched garlic
  • - 1 tsp of soya sauce
  • - 2 slices of tomato
  • - 1 rolls of white bread.

Method (Serves For one)

Same as the Viennese burger but add crunched garlic and 1 tsp of soya sauce instead of paprika and blue cheese. Kimchis can take the place of the tomato slices, or lettuce leaves.
