Method (Serves 2)
4 wooden or metal skewers, if using wooden skewers, soak in water before use.
• Marinade the beef cubes for 5 minutes. • Thread the beef cubes and the vegetables onto the skewers. • Cook over a hot barbeque, turning until all sides are cooked. • Alternatively cook under a pre-heated grill. • Serve with a mixed salad and crusty bread.
