Roast Beef Roasted Red Pepper And Mozarella Sub
INGREDIENTS
  • For the Filling:
  • Slices of roast beef
  • Few leaves of lettuce
  • Thinly sliced tomato
  • Mozzarella balls
  • Roasted/sliced red pepper
  • For the relish:
  • 45ml / 3 tbsp fromage frais
  • 20ml / 4 tsp grainy mustard

Method

For the relish mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Take one sub roll slice lengthways spread with 1 tsp relish, top with filling ingredients and place the second slice of bread on the top for a great sandwich. Delicious!
