Method (Serves 2)
• Cut the beef grilling/frying steaks into 1.25cm (½ inch) cubes. In a large hot non-stick wok or saucepan fry the cubes in tikka curry paste until browned, approximately 3-4 minutes.
• Add onion and courgette and cook for 4 minutes.
• Add passatta or can of chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 3-4 minutes then stir through greek yogurt and cherry tomatoes. Gently heat for 1 minute.
• Serve the curry with naan breads or poppadoms and boiled rice.
