Method (Serves 4)
• In a large non-stick wok or saucepan, fry the beef steaks (cut into thin strips) and cloves of garlic until browned, approximately 3-4 minutes.
• Add tomatoes, plum sauce and tomato ketchup and cook for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the rice.
• Place pre-cooked rice,1 red pepper, sweetcorn, spring onions, sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice in a large non-stick wok or sauce pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, until piping hot.
• The sweetness of the plum stir-fry and the fiery chilli rice complement each other deliciously!
