Method (Serves 4)
• Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the meat and garlic. Cook thoroughly. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
• Add the sundried tomatoes and mushrooms to the pan and cook until mushrooms are slightly softened. Add the cherry tomatoes, crème fraîche and seasoning. Heat very gently for 1 minute (tomatoes should keep their shape).
• Heat the wraps in the microwave oven (approximately 40 seconds at medium power).
• Place spoonfuls of the meat filling into the middle of each wrap.
• Fold up the base and then fold in each side to form a pocket.
• Serve garnished with a side salad.
