Method (Serves 3-4)
For the meatballs, mix all the ingredients together and shape into 12-15 meatballs. In a large non-stick saucepan, dry fry the onion, carrot, celery, garlic for 4-5 minutes. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and bring to the boil. Place the meatballs in the sauce and simmer, uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until meatballs are cooked and sauce has thickened. Serve the meatballs with spaghetti and a large mixed salad or seasonal vegetables and garlic bread.
