Throughout the year these ladies provide interactive cookery demonstrations in schools across the province and educate the next generation of consumers on the benefits of eating beef and lamb.

“We are delighted to officially launch this recipe book at the beginning of a new academic year and look forward to hearing feedback from teachers and pupils who get the opportunity to sample some of these delicious dishes, all of which have been tailor made to complement the CCEA Nutrition and Food Science GCE and Food and Nutrition GCSE courses.”

In addition to the appetising recipes, this booklet also provides useful information for pupils following CCEA syllabuses.
