LMC Marketing and Communications department is tasked with the responsibility of educating, informing and engaging with consumers and stakeholders.

The department delivers LMC’s Communications Strategy, consumer marketing activity and education programme. The work carried out involves the communication of impartial scientific information surrounding nutrition, the environment and versatility of beef and lamb through various campaigns and engagement activities. The Northern Ireland Beef and Lamb Farm Quality Assurance scheme is at the heart of all messaging, promoting the schemes benefits of world leading standards for traceability, food safety, animal welfare and care for the environment.
