You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site www.lmcni.com or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to receive our Market Information Publications, sign up for our Deadweight Quotes text service, make an online payment for Northern Ireland Beef and Lamb Farm Quality Assurance Scheme (NIBL FQAS) membership or register to use the FQAS membership checker. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. Any payment card details such as: payment card number, expiry date, security code and cardholder name provided for FQAS membership payment via the website are provided directly to a third party (Global Payments) and are not stored or processed by LMC. Where card payments are taken via telephone or in person then LMC will store merchant copy receipts for a period of seven years as it is a financial record.

Media

The Livestock and Meat Commission may take photographs and videos at announcements and events to publicise its work. Photographs, interviews, videos or other recordings may be issued to media organisations for publicity purposes or used in promotional material, including in publications, newspapers, magazines, other print media, on television, radio and electronic media (including social media and the internet). Photographs and videos will also be stored on LMC’s internal records management system. LMC will keep the photographs and recordings for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they have been obtained.
